There will come a day when we will look to the sky.
We will see the Lord and his hosts of angels on high.
The sun won’t be brighter, the moon will move beyond.
All of the dead in Christ shall rise!
There will come a day when all knees will bow.
We will come face to face with our Lord and Savior His head crowned.
All tongues will confess that He is Lord.
His presence will literally stop the whole world.
That is the day that I long to see.
The eclipse is one thing but that day I’ll be free!
Free from this old world and ready to live eternally!
There will come a day, much like today.
We will look up in expectancy knowing that our time on earth is gone.
There will come a day when my Savior will say Well Done.
